Orum Trio – Base Isolator Type Bacterial Sampling

The RABS isolator and satellite units are manufactured from AISI 316 grade stainless steel.
This air sampler is specifically designed for customers who conduct extensive monitoring across various environments involving high personnel turnover, in compliance with quality standards and QM/GMP guidelines.

A barcode module—utilizing a Bluetooth scanner (barcode reader)—automatically records the operator, location, and culture plates used for sampling. Data collected by the barcode reader is transmitted directly to the device. This solution is beneficial for users who already employ culture plates with standard or 2D barcodes (QR/Quick Response Codes).
Data is transferred via Bluetooth from the air sampler to a smartphone or tablet (Android) and subsequently to a PC or laptop.
Data can also be transferred via cable; this option accommodates companies restricted from using wireless data transmission due to internal policies.
Operation is possible in either manual or automatic mode.
The battery is charged via a power cable connected directly to the air sampler.
An airflow rate of 200 L/min reduces both operator time and sampling duration.
This air sampler enables the monitoring of separate cleanrooms using a single external control unit. Since satellite units remain permanently inside each cleanroom, the risk of human contamination is minimized.
The use of sterile "Daily Shift" aspiration heads reduces the risk of contamination.
The option to use 1, 2, or 3 different aspiration heads allows for the simultaneous use of different culture media or enables sampling BEFORE (at rest), DURING (in operation), and AFTER each process cycle.
