This air sampler is specifically designed for customers who conduct extensive monitoring across various environments with frequent staff rotation, and who adhere to quality standards and QM/GMP guidelines.
Our primary customers include pharmaceutical aseptic filling units, cleanrooms, biotechnology facilities, IVF clinics, operating rooms, hospital pharmacies, blood banks, clinical and microbiology laboratories, HVAC building monitoring systems, environmental laboratories, healthcare environmental monitoring systems, and health authorities.
A barcode module—utilizing a Bluetooth scanner (barcode reader)—automatically records the operator, location, and culture plates used for sampling. Data collected by the barcode reader is transmitted directly to the device. This solution is beneficial for users who already employ culture plates with standard or 2D barcodes (QR/Quick Response Codes). Collected data is transferred from the air sampler to a PC or laptop via Bluetooth using dedicated software.
Data is transmitted via Bluetooth between the air sampler and a smartphone or tablet (Android version), and subsequently to a PC or laptop.
The device offers the flexibility to operate in either manual or automatic mode.
The battery is charged via a power cable connected directly to the air sampler.
An airflow rate of 200 L/min reduces both operator time and sampling duration.
The use of sterile "Daily Shift" aspiration heads minimizes contamination risk and provides the sterility certification required by regulatory auditors.
The option to use two different aspiration heads allows for the simultaneous use of two different culture media or enables sampling BEFORE (at rest), DURING (in operation), and AFTER each process cycle.
