membraPure OptiPrep² Ultrapure Water System

Designed for the production of ultrapure water from pre-treated water
The OptiPrep² series is designed to produce 8 L/min of pyrogen- and nuclease-free ultrapure water from water pre-treated via reverse osmosis or EDI². OptiPrep² can supply up to 20 L/min on demand, which requires the provision of an external tank for the EDI-purified water supply.
Ultrapure water is produced through a combination of pre-filters, a mixed-bed filter, and a polisher cartridge.
Automatic recirculation within the system ensures consistently high ultrapure water quality, even when water is not being drawn.
All components of the OptiPrep² series are integrated into an industrial design that allows for easy access.
Conductivity monitoring checks the feed water conductivity to protect the cartridges against unsuitable feed water. If the conductivity is too high, the water flow is rejected.
