Designed for ultrapure water production from permeate
The Astacus² system is designed to produce ultrapure water from reverse osmosis permeate or deionized water.
The Astacus² water purification system is available in various configurations (Reagent, Analytical, and Life Science) to meet the specific ultrapure water requirements of different applications.
The Analytical version features a UV lamp for low TOC levels. The Life Science version comes with both a UV lamp and an ultrafiltration module to ensure low TOC and low endotoxin levels.
An optionally integrated TOC sensor allows the user to continuously monitor TOC content online.
Additionally, the Astacus² can be configured as a benchtop or under-bench system, with options for an external control panel or wall mounting (with a tilted display).
Conductivity monitoring checks the feed water to protect the cartridges against unsuitable feed water quality.
If the conductivity is too high, the water flow is rejected.
