The ARACUS "lite" is a simplified configuration of the ARACUS "classic," designed for lower sample throughput and smaller budgets.
Due to the small sample volume and reduced eluent consumption, the eluent bottles are smaller in size, allowing them to be stored within the instrument and rack.
For the analysis of primary amino acids at 570 nm and both primary and secondary amino acids at 500 nm.
The system can be upgraded to a dual-wavelength photometer (440 and 570 nm) by replacing the existing photometer.

The ARACUS "lite" utilizes the same pump configuration to operate two fluid lines (eluent side and reagent side) and is compatible with High-Speed and High-Resolution columns.
Depending on the application, the "lite" model comes equipped with a single LED photometer.
While equipped with a manual injection mode, the system—like all our other instruments—is also compatible with an autosampler.
