Master Fit™
MECO’s MASTER Fit™ system is designed to produce, store, and distribute USP Purified Water or Water for Injection (WFI) in compliance with pharmaceutical industry and cGMP requirements. The process, components, and associated services incorporate proprietary state-of-the-art technology.
The process is relatively simple and reliable, delivering the highest quality product water. The result is a proven design that saves time and money associated with design, capital investment, installation, validation, operation, and maintenance.
Master Pure™
MECO’s MASTER Pure™ system is designed to produce, store, and distribute USP Purified Water or Water for Injection in compliance with pharmaceutical industry and cGMP requirements. The process incorporates patented micro- and ultrafiltration technology as a first line of defense to reject suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, and organic compounds before they enter downstream components.
This process ensures the highest water quality throughout the facility. The result is a design that significantly reduces microbiological activity throughout the entire water system and minimizes downstream cleanouts.
Custom System 1
The system shown here is designed to produce USP Purified Water in compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and cGMP. The system utilizes RO/EDI technology and has been built and tested to strict specifications.
MECO’s manufacturing facility ensures that the system is fully piped and wired for factory testing prior to shipment. MECO RO/EDI systems typically require a low capital investment and are used only where USP purified water is required.
Custom System 2
The system shown here is designed to produce Water for Injection (WFI) and Purified Water in accordance with pharmaceutical industry standards and cGMP. The system uses MECO Multi-Effect Distillation for WFI production and MECO RO/EDI technology for USP Purified Water production.
Multi-effect distillation requires high-quality feed water, given its operating temperature; the product of the RO/EDI system provides an excellent feed water source for the multi-effect distillation unit.
Custom System 3
The system shown here is designed to produce, store, and distribute water that exceeds the U.S. Pharmacopeia’s Water for Injection (WFI) requirements. A major medical device manufacturer required high-volume WFI with a resistivity greater than 5 megohms.
MECO developed a detailed design that reduced estimated capital expenditures by over $1 million. The system was installed and validated by MECO on a turnkey basis in less than eight months. The system was provided with the MECO Water System Warranty.
